Here is a simple prayer to help you to receive the wonderful gift of God's love for you. Pray it aloud and mean it with all your heart:

Heavenly Father, thank you for your wonderful love for me inspite of my sinfulness. Right now, I come before you to receive the gift of your love.

I repent of my sinful lifestyle - please forgive me of my sin. Wash me and cleanse me. I believe that you sent your Son Jesus Christ to die in my place to pay for my sins. I also believe that you raised Him from the dead on the third day.

Righ now, I open the door of my heart and invite Jesus to come in. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart now. I receive you as my personal Lord and Saviour. For the rest of my life, I will live for you.

Father, based on your word, I believe I am now forgiven. I am saved. I am now born again. Thank you, in Jesus' name, amen.
